Welcome To The SPCUG Website

The Shoalhaven PC Users Group is a group of PC enthusiasts who meet regularly to review and discuss PC related issues. Our meetings are a mixture of hardware and software demonstrations (we are always looking for someone to demonstrate new technology) and problem solving. Any club member or guest can pose a problem that we will endeavour to solve. Our aim is to promote awareness and understanding of Computer technology, throughout the community, with particular emphasis on novice PC users.

Next Meeting at Bomaderry Bowling Club March. 19th 2010 7.00pm

After the usual brief Q and A session we will have a very brief look at Microsoft Paint and then after supper Lyall Davis will look at the most common browsers in use; Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox and Opera by the Opera Software Company of Norway. Don’t forget to bring your $3.00 for a cuppa and some loose change for the raffle.

See you at the meeting

Geoff Spencer

Next SUNSIG Meeting

We meet as usual upstairs at the Bomaderry Bowling Club at 1.00pm

Bring your own computer - a laptop if you have one.

A $3.00 fee is payable for tea/coffee,  which is paid directly to the Bowling Club

As usual given the philosophy of our club (users  share their ideas and expertise), if you want to get to the bottom of some technique or issue  someone should be available to help you with whatever you are trying to do.
