Welcome To The SPCUG Website

The Shoalhaven PC Users Group is a group of PC enthusiasts who meet regularly to review and discuss PC related issues. Our meetings are a mixture of hardware and software demonstrations (we are always looking for someone to demonstrate new technology) and problem solving. Any club member or guest can pose a problem that we will endeavour to solve. Our aim is to promote awareness and understanding of Computer technology, throughout the community, with particular emphasis on novice PC users.

Meeting at Bomaderry Bowling Club 20th January 2012 7.30pm

At this month’s meeting we will look at "DOS Box", What it’s used for and how to use it. (We also have an article in this month’s newsletter to whet your appetite before the meeting). Have you downloaded a document that just will not play the game for you?. Some formatting just refuses to do what it is told?
We will sort some of that out during the evening too. Do you remember what a Kindle is? We will look at one this meeting and see how it relates to a computer.
The meeting will also include a few video clips from last meeting. ...and that’s not all folks
.
