New members joining from 1st November will be covered for membership for the following year commencing February.
Non-Active membership only available to members for whom attendance at meetings is usually impracticable for reasons of continuing illness and or distance from the meeting venue. Non-Active members are eligible for monthly posted Newsletter, have no voting rights, are ineligible for committee positions including executive but subject to same liabilities as ordinary members in respect of clause 4.5 of the Constitution.
